Beer Cheese dip

2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 pks ranch dip mix

1/2 C beer

3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 cup green onion, chopped

Mix cream cheese, ranch dip & beer with a hand mixer until smooth. By hand, stir in 2 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup green onion. Transfer to serving dish or tray. sprinkle remaining cheese and onion on top and chill for 1 hr.

Serve with anything that you can dip or spread on.
